Donators now have real admin

Ok so, I have made some changes to the servers. Which allows us to use the skins again Cheesy

For all the people that have donated and had the !dmenu, THIS WILL NO LONGER WORK!
You will need to bind sm_admin in your console to access the sourcemod admin menu now where you will have options to start votes, kick and change maps.

to do this go into console and type

bind v sm_admin - then your v key will open your admin menu.

You should also notice the option to choose a donator skin when you join a team. If you do not and you have donated please contact me.(nad)
